Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
For the crust, combine all ingredients until all graham cracker crumbs are moist. Spoon about a tablespoon of crust mixture into each liner. Press crumb mixture into liner to create a smooth crust, going up the liner.
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix on low until combined.
In a microwave safe bowl, warm the guava paste until melted. Heat the guava paste in small increments, stirring in between, to prevent burning. Add lemon juice and stir to thin out the guava paste.
Fill each liner about 2/3 of the way full with cheesecake filling. Add about 1/2 teaspoon of guava paste mixture on top and spread a nice top layer. Bake for about 15-18 minutes, or until just set. Let cool. Then let the cheesecakes chill thoroughly before serving. Enjoy!
